One price per class, shown in full before you pay. The same numbers run the online filing.

Each price is our fee ($200 for the first class, $50 for each additional class) plus the USPTO fee for that filing, per the USPTO fee schedule effective January 19, 2025. Section 15, where elected: add the USPTO fee of $250 per class. Filed in the six-month grace period: add the USPTO surcharge of $100 per class per section ($200 per class for Sections 8 & 9). Rush handling (about 2 days instead of about 2 weeks): add $500.
