Every US registration must be maintained between years 5–6, again between years 9–10, and every ten years after. Miss the window and the six-month grace period, and the USPTO cancels the registration. We handle the full cycle for US and foreign owners.

Our fee: $600 up to two classes, $250 each additional class. USPTO government fees per the schedule effective January 18, 2025. Section 15, where elected: $250 per class. Filed in the six-month grace period: a USPTO surcharge of $100 per class per section ($200 per class for Sections 8 & 9). Rush handling (about 2 days instead of about 2 weeks): add $500.
